Understanding the difference provides the approach to dealing with anxiety. Anxiety is mostly an acquired trait and you will see how the brain can often be trained to reduce incidents of anxiety.

Root causes of anxiety.
Managing anxiety.
Once you understand the root causes of anxiety and the way the brain has programmed our brains, you will be able to create both coping strategies and ways to reduce incidents of anxiety.

Overcoming anxiety. Impact of anxiety.
We learn how the brain has become programmed to create anxiety and by understanding this, we can find ways to modify the programmed response. This requires brain training which has its roots in meditation and mindfulness. You will find techniques to help you.
