Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.

It is a form of mind training where one learns to concentrate on what is present "At this moment" . disregarding the distractions and pressures that are part of an ever stressful life. Mindfulness gives the brain an opportunity to reset so we can look at the issues we all face with greater calmness and clarity.

The practice of mindfulness provides us with greater clarity in our decision making and the way we respond to emotions.
